The Youth Empowers Service’s (Y.E.S.) mission is to build Youth Workforce Communities for underprivileged youth through our E3 Concept of Engage, Empower and Education of opportunities of learning and growth through STEM and STEAM programs.

This unique career development program will empower young adults and enhance their interests in education, careers, business and wellness development. Our goal is to encourage under represented youth and young adults to get excited, explore and get involved in seeking their life paths that could result to Entrepreneurship, a Vocation, a Credential, Education or Work Experience. Y.E.S. creates Building Blocks for young adults to get started with life.

Workforce Employment Statistics

Youth Labor Workforce in the United States is defined by ages 16 to 24 years olds working or actively looking for work. Youth employment and unemployment is measured seasonally in a timeframe between April and July each year.  The month of July is the peak month in youth employment because it is youth who are high school students, college students or graduates seeking employment.
